Privacy Policy
Short version: this site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It measures page views using Google Analytics configured to run without cookies. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to type into the contact form or a booking.
Who we are. JA Design Solutions LLC ("JADS", "we", "us") is a digital consultancy registered in Rhode Island, United States, operating jadesign.solutions. For any privacy question, or to have your information removed, email hello@jadesign.solutions.
What this site does, and does not, do
We want to be specific here, because most privacy policies bury this. As of the effective date above, this website:
- Sets no cookies. None, including for analytics or advertising. Our analytics is deliberately configured to work without them.
- Stores nothing on your device. No local storage, no session storage. Even the light and dark theme switch is not remembered between visits.
- Runs cookieless analytics. We use Google Analytics, plus Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, to count page views, see which pages and buttons people actually use, and measure how quickly pages load. None of them sets a cookie. It runs with device storage switched off, so no cookies or identifiers are written to your browser and you are not recognised on a return visit. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off. There is no tag manager, no heatmapping, and no session recording.
- Loads one third-party script. The Google Analytics script is fetched from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details in order to serve it. That is the only outside server your browser contacts: the Vercel analytics scripts are served from this domain, not from a third party. Fonts come from your own device and every image is served from this domain.
- Sends you to Cal.com only if you choose to book. The “book a call” buttons are ordinary links. Nothing from Cal.com loads on this site, and nothing is shared with them unless you follow the link and book a time.
- Uses no advertising or tracking pixels, and does not build profiles or sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Because nothing is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to. If we ever switch analytics to a cookie-based setup, this page will say so and a consent request will appear before any cookie is written.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you submit the contact form, we receive what you enter:

Submitted alongside it: the page you were on, and the date and time. We also include a hidden field used only to detect automated spam submissions. If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever you choose to share that way.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs for security and reliability, which include IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use these logs to identify individuals or to build any profile of you.
Separately, our analytics records each page view along with the page address, the referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP address, plus clicks on our “book a call” and email links and successful contact form submissions. Because the analytics runs without cookies, these are counted as isolated events and are not linked together into a profile or across visits.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or audit you have asked for, and to carry out any work you subsequently engage us to do. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a marketing list or send newsletters on the basis of a contact form submission.
Who else processes it
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. These providers process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:

These providers operate in the United States, so if you contact us from elsewhere your information will be processed there. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of that engagement plus any period required for our business and tax records. If an enquiry does not lead anywhere, we remove it once it is clearly no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information about you we hold;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete what you have sent us; or
- stop contacting you entirely.
- be excluded from analytics: because we set no cookies there is nothing for us to delete, but any browser “Do Not Track” setting, tracker blocker, or ad blocker will prevent the analytics script from loading at all, and the site works exactly the same without it.
Email hello@jadesign.solutions and we will action it, normally within a few business days. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no cost. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights; tell us where you are based and we will honour them.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. Access to enquiries is limited to the principal of the firm. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive material such as passwords, financial account numbers, or identification documents through the contact form. If we need something like that during an engagement, we will arrange a secure method.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, for example to image credits or documentation, those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
